Introduction
Sensitive and Self-reliant on top of the Guide: things reach you fast and fully, and you handle them yourself. You're warm and on time in the meeting, and at two in the morning you're rewriting a message you'll probably send as it was.
Under pressure
You feel the room's mood before anyone has said it, and then you feel your own on top. Pressure turns the volume up on every way it could go, so you plan harder: more lists, a backup for the backup, a word with each person beforehand. Sleep is the first thing you trade.
From outside it looks like the most prepared person in the building. Inside, it's a lot, quietly, and mostly at night.
When something goes wrong
You tell almost no one. Everyone else's problem has a place in your day; yours would need a slot you haven't made. So you smile, go on helping, and fit the worry into the gaps: the commute, the shower, the hour after midnight.
The people close to you may only find out when you're already past the worst. Some of them would have stayed on the phone as long as you needed.
How the two fit
The pair makes you a Guide who notices early, which is why people trust you with the delicate thing. The cost is the nights: the feeling is real, no one else is in it, and a smooth face means nobody knows to ask. The Patient Guide stays level, the Warm Guide talks it over, and the Ardent Guide feels it out loud. All four are caring. Yours cares in the dark.
