Introduction
Steady and Collaborative on top of the Lighthouse: things reach you slowly, and you think best with someone across a table. You're the one a friend calls from the car park, and you pick up on the second ring, with the tea already in your hand, ready to hear how long the story is.
Under pressure
Pressure slows you down, and you let it. You say what you see in an even voice, ask who else needs to be in this, and tend to find the order things should happen in. Around you, people feel looked after, not managed.
Inside, you're mostly level. The effort goes into keeping everyone's pace, which you do without thinking and only notice when you finally sit down.
When something goes wrong
When something goes wrong for you, you pick a person. Usually one, chosen for how they listen. You say "can I run something by you?" and talk until you can hear what you think. You don't need them to fix it. You need to hear it out loud.
You call in daylight, early, before it gets heavy. That's a strength. It also means the call sounds lighter than the thing is.
How the two fit
Of the four Lighthouses, you turn to people with the least fuss. The cost: you ask lightly, so they answer lightly. You say "run something by you" about your hardest month and get advice sized for a smaller problem. The Still Lighthouse works it out alone; the Night Lighthouse keeps the weather private; the Bright Lighthouse says it all.
