Introduction
Steady and Collaborative on top of the Poet: things reach you slowly, and you think best with someone to read it to. It's Sunday, you're on the porch with a friend, and you read them a paragraph you aren't sure about. They say "that line", and you know which one.
Under pressure
Pressure is something you meet with company. You tell someone the deadline is tightening, ask for an honest read and keep a gentle pace. You don't clench. People find you easy to be near when things are tense, and it isn't an act: it takes a lot to rattle you.
Inside, you're mostly level, a little amused at yourself, with room to hear that the plan is wrong.
When something goes wrong
When something goes wrong, you reach for a gentle person and ask if they have a minute. You don't want a solution. You want someone there while you say it out loud, and to hear that it's allowed to hurt.
Because Steady lets it build slowly, you tend to call when it has already been a while, and it comes out as "this has been on my mind for days".
How the two fit
Of the four Poets, you bring the poem to the porch. The cost: nothing feels urgent, so the right moment never arrives, and the talk that would have helped happens a month late. You pay in quiet carrying you didn't notice. The Quiet Poet takes it to the notebook; the Night Poet to the dark; the Tender Poet phones at once.
