Introduction
Steady and Self-reliant on top of the Lighthouse: things reach you slowly, and when they do, you take them somewhere quiet. The family is arguing in the kitchen, and you're the one who puts the kettle on and says little, already thinking about what each of them will need next week.
Under pressure
Pressure makes you slower and more careful, not louder. You lower your voice, pick the next small step, and the room tends to settle around it. People lean on that. Inside, there is a clock running that nobody else hears, and you keep a hand on it so they don't have to.
From outside, it looks like calm. From inside, it is calm, mostly, and it is also work. What shows is only what passes through your voice.
When something goes wrong
When something goes wrong in your own life, you go quiet and work it through alone: a long walk, a page of notes, the problem turned over until it has edges. You tell people once you know what you think, often the plan, not the trouble.
First you decide what is yours to carry and what isn't. Then you decide the rest, usually with the people it touches in mind and not in the room.
How the two fit
Of the four Lighthouses, you can stand in a storm without it getting inside. The cost is its twin: you worked it out with them in mind and without them there, so the people you protected meet a finished decision, and some wanted a say. The Warm Lighthouse thinks aloud; the Night Lighthouse keeps the weather private; the Bright Lighthouse says it.
